All product prices on the site are in Bulgarian leva, for one item, with VAT and do not include the delivery price. Prices are shown before product descriptions on the website

Invoicing:

If you would like an invoice to be issued, please send details and specify your order to the email address: . In response, you will receive the invoice and fiscal receipt.

Payment:

Each user can pay with credit or debit card. A confirmation of the purchase will be sent to the user's email address.

Return of a purchased service:

As Article 55 from the Low of Consumer Protection states, you can return/cancel the order within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods or according to the cancellation policy for the reservation made. Shipping costs as well as the transaction fees will be on cash transactions to your account. The refund will be made to the card with which the purchase was made.

As the Law on Personal Data Protection states, we can assure you that we treat your personal data confidentially and will not provide it to third parties.

The personal data you have submitted – email address, telephone number, name, delivery address, are only necessary for handling of your purchase.
